In this video Richard Tarrant testifies that he was not part of any discussions regarding buying the assets of Global through a bankruptcy sale (prior to filing), and that he can’t remember who came up with the idea to file bankruptcy to allow Chrispus to gain control of the assets. Tarrant testifies that he did not participate in detailed discussions with Juranitch regarding the Bankruptcy Filing prior to July 1, 2010, and that he does not know whether Juranitch participated in any discussions without him.
