In this video James Juranitch testifies that he had no knowledge, or can’t remember, that Chrispus had planned to file an Involuntary Bankruptcy until Ron Roberts told him “Either shortly after they did it or right when they were going to do it”, and that he had no part in the discussions. Juranitch again testifies that he did not collaborate with Chrispus in their scheme to purchase the assets of Global Energies emails produced in March 2012 production indicate that he played a central roll in the planning.
